Strategic North approached Studio Whiskey when they had reached capacity at their existing premises in Altrincham; for advice on choosing between 2 properties they should move into next.

Studio Whiskey took both sets of CAD drawings, along with doing a detailed legacy survey of all their existing furniture and equipment; and planned this into the two buildings.  From there, we could clearly see, that one of the properties stood out from the other in terms of expansion and facilities.

Once the lease had been signed and the keys handed over, we conducted a full services analysis of the building, to ensure that wall sockets and floor boxes etc were going to be in a position favourable to a good office layout.

Once the plans had been signed off, Studio Whiskey presented Strategic North with day one layout plans, as well as layouts for reaching a milestone head count (46 staff)

Strategic North then went on to conduct the logistical move to the new building; and have been procuring additional furniture from a local supplier to accommodate their growth.
